I could not say enough great things about this company. From the ownership right on down to the employees everybody is a gem to deal with. I own a business and work with them professionally ,but just yesterday Darren delivered fuel oil to my neighbor's house. She asked me to let him in( she works)so he could bleed the lines. she had run out. and Darren was the most professional person I dealt with all day. rubbing his feet before he would even walk in the door. I just bought my first oil base home and had no idea how many gallons supposed to last. I ended up ordering 100 gallons and it did not last! The same day I called the company to help out emergency refilling the tank. The lady over the phone immediately took care of the situation. The driver is very knowledgeable and very nice to help us take care the refilling. He even advice us to insulate the pipe better so our heat does not go waste. I highly recommend this company for any fueling.
We had a problem with our oil burner and Chester County Fuel promptly sent a technician out. He was able to detect the problem and fix it in quite a timely manner, which kept the hourly labor rate down. We have had many oil deliveries over the years by Chester County Fuel Oil, they were always right on time, great market price, allowing many ways to get a few cents off per gallon, depending on payment,etc. For reasonable oil prices, wonderful customer service, and reliability, definitely check these guys out!!Dayna G.
Here's a well deserved review for Harry of Chester County Fuel Oil who recently helped me out of a tight spot. The guy I hired to install a new furnace in my 1906 carriage house bailed on me. With that early arctic mass looming in the forecast, pressure was on. I was close but thanks to Harry, the leave-it-to-the-pros part of the installation was finished with enviable precision and skill. Heat and hot water--an especial winter pleasure. Great, great service. Just ordered a followup fuel oil delivery. Nice front office too. Five stars.
